What I'm up to lately

Hey hey. Lately I'm still working on low poly and/or company tests. These days it's an environment test for splash damage, here.

As you can see, they give you a pretty simple piece of concept art and a few rules. Its up to you to make it into an actual scene.

This still has quite a ways to go, and I still have a lot of polys to throw around in there.

Today's Werk

Today I played with tower arches and columns today, and this came out of it. I'm not entirely sure if I'm using it for a creepy night scene with jungle stuff or a nice daytime scene where it's a fountain or in a fountain.

Here's a low poly scene I did a little while ago. 1,392 polys, and a single 1k texture map for everything.

Looking forward to next week's classes, as we'll be working in conjunction with Fredricton's Centre for Arts and Technology making a quick short. Hopefully that will run smoothly, but I hope to get a job soon much more.
Whoever hires me is going to get a guy who'll work his butt off for him/her/it. =))
